By the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation dated June 15, 2020 No. 392 amended the Decree of the President dated April 18, 2020 No. 274
The decree contains the following changes:
- The established deadlines for extending the validity of documents are extended until September 15, 2020, but work permit and patent are excluded from the list of renewable documents.
- Foreigners from CIS countries arriving to the Russian Federation can apply for a work permit (patent) regardless the requirements for the deadline, as well as the stated purpose of the visit.
This decree comes into legal force on June 16, 2020.
