The Ministry of Internal Affairs has introduced a new Administrative Regulation on Migration Registration and new forms of notifications on October 29, 2019.
The Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia dated July 30, 2019 No. 514 “On approval of the Administrative Regulations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia on the rendering public services for the migration registration of foreign citizens and stateless persons in the Russian Federation, application forms for registration at the place of residence of a foreign citizen or stateless person, arrival notifications at the place of stay of a foreign citizen or stateless person, marks on registration (deregistration) at the place of residence of a foreign citizen or stateless person has entered into force on October 28, 2019 .
The specified Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia affirms:
- administrative regulations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia on the implementation of migration registration;
- application form for registration at the place of residence of a foreign citizen;
- the type of mark of registration at the place of residence;
- the type of mark of deregistration from the place of residence of a foreign citizen;
