The government has submitted to the State Duma a package of bills that simplifies obtaining of Russian citizenship for qualified specialists and expands the list of foreigners eligible for privileges when obtaining permits for temporary residence and residence permits in Russia. But most of these innovations really work no earlier than 2020.
