On August 29, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia has published Order No. 363 dated June 4, 2019 , which approved a new application form for a foreign citizen as a highly qualified specialist ( “VKS”), as well as updated forms of notifications of foreigners working in Russia .
The Order approved the following forms of notification to authorities:
- for quarterly salary notice;
- for concluding and cancelling of the employment contract for the performance of work with a foreign citizen;
- for concluding and cancelling of the employment contract for the performance of work with a foreign student;
- for the completion or termination of studies by a foreign student engaged in labor activities in Russia.
Now you can add additional pages to the application form in case of not having enough space in the application form. Application forms that are more than two pages should be stitched and sealed with the company’s stamp.
The Order took effect on September 9, 2019.
